Responsibilities
Working extensively with Apache Iceberg, SQL, Generative AI, and potentially Java and/or Python to perform feasibility studies and performance analysis.
Architecting and developing Enterprise level software quickly and with quality.
Performing Proof of Concepts to validate design approach compatibility across industries.
Providing documentation around design approach and experiment outcomes.
Providing regular status on progress and communicating issues and risks to the project.

Required
2+ years of development experience in Apache Iceberg
5+ years of development experience in Java, Python, and SQL
1+ year of development experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG Architectures, etc
Ability to create technical documentation and presentations to communicate architectural and design approach
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications
Preferred
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate issues and solutions
Ability to work independently and within a team
General knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and principles
