Responsibilities
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
Work with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the most complex tasks
Translate concepts into practice
Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Provide explanations and interpretations within the area of expertise
Conduct financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting
Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Proactively identify anomalies in drug pricing, client performance, utilization patterns, or prescription claims data
Prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with other department SMEs

Required
2+ years Analytical experience in data analysis
Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred
Analytical experience in data analysis, health care pricing, healthcare economics or related discipline
Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI and/or Tableau
Experience leading meetings and facilitating presentations
Developing and sharing informational communications across cross functional teams
Experience analyzing financial data
Experience identifying financial trends through data analysis
Experience with PBM pricing analysis
Experience with medication pricing changes and related analysis
Healthcare or PBM experience
