Responsibilities
Responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals resulting in new customer acquisitions.
Lead program sales/support efforts.
Initiate and conduct face-to-face presentations to introduce program and benefits to brokers/offices/agents and target real estate influencers.
Conduct meetings and presentations to onboard new partners and members through orientations, training, CE classes, team meetings and other opportunities.
Lead and manage monthly call campaign efforts.
Provide support for the marketing needs for the real estate channel from development through distribution of print and digital communication/marketing campaigns. This includes program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials, etc.
Responsible for web-based administration of the real estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries and awarding participants.
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and results of the program.
Responsible for overall engagement to drive customer acquisition and reporting and analysis of KPIs to ensure program is on track to meet set goals.
Ability to clearly communicate objectives and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and on budget.
Required to initiate and engage in face-to-face sales activities.
Provide reporting for program performance, campaign effectiveness, profitability, CPA and other data as needed, which may include obtaining cost estimates, running sales projections and estimating revenue.
Able to clearly understand operations processes, call center support, billing, and reporting systems for programs and promotions to be communicated and run smoothly.
Coordinate development, fulfillment, and distribution of sales collateral, newsletters, promotional items, and training materials for agencies, operations, call centers and other direct sales support. Provides support for direct sales effort and on-site customer training.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or seven years progressive experience in program management
Five years of experience in program management or account management. Utility and/or Real Estate a plus
