Responsibilities
Perform support services such as visitor access control, answering telephones, filing, faxing and copying documents, and ordering/receiving office supplies and equipment.
Schedule IM/IT appointments for all in-processing and out-processing personnel.
Communicate with personnel regarding appointment scheduling. Updating USAMMDA systems as employees progress through the process.
Ensure new personnel complete the required training required to complete form DD 2875 and to ensure they can obtain their computer/laptop.
Responsible for generating purchase requests (PRs) for supplies and services related to information technology support needs (software, hardware, ancillary components, or devices).
Responsible for being the account liaison for the current USAMMDA cell phone contract. Assist with cell phone management and updating assets as required within the vendor’s web portal.
Maintain and update equipment assignments within IM/IT database.
Coordinate all meeting spaces, make conference room reservations, or send TEAMS meeting invites for IM/IT staff meetings.
Answer telephones and take messages in the office. Turn help desk voice messages into help tickets in the help desk ticketing system.
Monitor emails for taskers to distribute to the IM/IT team and collect responses, as required, to meet the suspense date.
Complete the filing of property book forms and the in-processing checklists.
Responsible for being the Telephone Control Officer (TCO) who manages desk phone extensions throughout USAMMDA and communicates changes with the local NEC to ensure information is kept accurate.
Ensure proper electronic filing of documents and make any required updates to SOPs and IT guides based on requirements.

Required
US Citizen
Must possess active Public Trust background security clearance
Associate degree with one (1+) year experience or two (2+) years of relevant administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, and other common desktop applications
Knowledge in the support of various peripheral devices
Preferred
Sharepoint experience related to site administration, optimization, and development
Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
