Responsibilities

Maintain executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings

Coordinate extensive travel arrangements

Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of the CEO, CRO, and VP of Customer Experience, including screening email, Slack, managing confidential documents, and expense management

Support Boston Office by handling company mail, welcoming visitors, interfacing with the leasing agency and support teams, and assisting with planning Boston team social events
