Responsibilities
Partner with the Account Executive to build and develop client relationships.
Align on client requirements with the Business Relationship Manager.
Analyze client performance and identify growth opportunities.
Strategize and schedule meetings and reviews to improve client performance.
Facilitate and document takeaways from Operational/Client meetings.
Monitor quality and SLA adherence to ensure client standards are met.
Participate in SLA and scorecard monitoring to meet client expectations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing business or at a financial institution.
A minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
Preferred
Experience with building solid relationships with clients and strategies to achieve goals.
Drive follow-through projects to resolution.
Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills; ability to track and control activities in a demanding environment while managing multiple projects and tasks required.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze substantial amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong critical thinking skills.
Experienced in building rapport and collaborating with others within the company and externally.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Product knowledge.
