Responsibilities
Maintain financial models for budget, forecast, and strategic plan.
Prepare financial analyses for board-level and executive meetings.
Conduct ad-hoc financial projects like new product profitability analysis.
Provide timely and accurate reporting & analysis of financial results.
Collaborate on special projects related to partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Actuarial Science
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is advantageous
Knowledge of Merger and Acquisition due diligence is a plus
Working understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Exceptional Excel skills required; familiarity with data query and management tools preferred
Experience in financial modeling
Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
Independent worker and analytical thinker capable of solving complex problems
Experience with Oracle NetSuite Financials or similar ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
