Responsibilities
Working with a collaborative team of design professionals to solve complex client problems using a variety of traditional and innovative tools.
Partnering with account teams and leadership to understand the business and develop flexible processes and tools.
Assisting with graphics, layouts, formatting, conceptual thinking, and creative strategy.
Creating charts, diagrams, and visuals.
Leading discussions with clients to determine design and time frames.
Adhering to corporate brand identity guidelines.
Communicating clearly with colleagues across all job levels.
Improving knowledge of department operating processes and methodologies.
Providing support to others and taking ownership of work produced.

Required
Associate degree in graphics design
1-2 years of graphic design experience (digital portfolio required)
PowerPoint

Word
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create a variety of documents such as proposals and presentations
Ability to work with client-facing professionals to create documents that consistently meet client and deadline expectations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
