Responsibilities

Analyze performance reporting to provide actionable insights & optimization recommendations to brand clients
Achieve quarterly goals for growing Year over Year invoiced revenue
Work with Account Executive and Project Manager to execute and launch client projects
Explain usage statistics, provide insights, and drive client ROI
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client partners
Lead client-facing platform training sessions to enhance clients' understanding of tools
Collaborate with the Account Executive to plan promotional activities and maintain a calendar of events
Report client status and feedback to internal ExpertVoice teams
Track main contacts and key personnel changes
Travel for trade shows, client visits, and company-wide meetings
Meet and exceed quarterly team objectives

Preferred

1-3 years of account management experience and/or Customer Success experience for a high-tech software-related firm
Experience with direct B2B client communications
