Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage electrical construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, high quality, and according to contract terms.
Manage all aspects of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, addendums, proposal requests, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Review and provide comments on client contracts for approval by the Director of Project Management or above.
Ensure project drawings and specifications are kept current for field and office use.
Review and submit project submittals that are accurate and timely, including those from subcontractors.
Review, estimate, prepare, and issue change orders for all work beyond the contracted scope of work.

Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, project management, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, scheduling, and accounting software.
Advanced attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High level of effective leadership skills to develop and lead a team from project concept to closeout
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of ConEst, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is preferred
