Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end deployment of SuiteScript code, including but not limited to: requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

Design, implement, test, maintain, deploy, and support 1st party applications hosted in AWS that integrate with NetSuite via SOAP & REST. Expert Knowledge of NetSuite’s concurrency model, as well as SuiteAnalytics.

Utilize expert working knowledge of all NetSuite standard transaction types, as well as custom lists, fields, and records. Deep understanding of NetSuite performance limitations, as well as environment monitoring.

Interface with internal business partners as well as vendors as needed in order to ensure successful project delivery, audit completion, technology selections, or other tech-to-business activities.

Dedicate time to self-study to improve programming skills, knowledge of the tech stack, as well as emerging industry standards and best practices. Self-study can be through taking classes, attending online and in-person conferences, and reading topical publications.

Provide operational support for NetSuite issues related to the technology team as well as 1st and 3rd party systems that integrate with NetSuite.

Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, with the ability to evaluate and explain the impact of proposed changes to a multidisciplinary group with varying levels of technological literacy.
