Responsibilities

Develop an information security vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.

Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders, and the board of directors.

Facilitate an information security governance structure and develop security policies.

Manage operational and capital budgets for the information security function.

Lead the strategic alignment for Third-Party Risk Management organization-wide.

Ensure security is embedded in the project delivery process and provide risk mitigating directives for projects.

Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats and manage information security incidents and events.

Oversee technology dependencies outside of direct organizational control.
