Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines, utilizing ETL processes and modern cloud technologies to transform raw data into valuable insights.
Contribute to the evolution of data architecture, optimizing data storage, retrieval, and processing to meet evolving business needs.
Leverage expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to build and manage cloud-based data solutions.
Design and implement APIs to enable seamless data exchange between different systems and applications.
Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, availability, and performance.
Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience as a data engineer, with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex data systems.
Technical skills:
+ Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Java, Scala, etc.).
+ Expertise in ETL tools and frameworks.
+ Deep understanding of data modeling and warehousing principles.
+ Familiarity with API design and development.
+ Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), with preference for Google Cloud certifications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Must be based in Los Angeles market and willing to be onsite at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA 3 days a week.
Flexible work days with some after-hours and event support as needed.
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), a plus.
Knowledge of machine learning principles and algorithms, a plus.
Ticketmaster API experience, a plus.
