Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to address any issues or challenges that arise.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry or architectural signage sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
