Responsibilities

Provide support on budget, evaluation of management metrics, contracting, procurement, and document production.
Conduct research, act as a liaison between Energy Division Management and staff, and prepare project schedules and status reports.
Lead and support document retention efforts, perform complex technical analytical tasks related to administering the Energy Policy and Programs Budgeting.

Required

Discretion, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Experience in budgeting, evaluation of management metrics, contracting, procurement, and document production
Ability to perform independent and analytical assignments
Research skills and ability to act as a liaison between management and staff
Experience in preparing project schedules and status reports
Knowledge of records management and document retention
Experience in analyzing laws, rules, and regulations
Experience in administrative areas including contracts, encumbrances, program budgeting, and record retention
Ability to analyze administrative aspects of programs such as personnel, budget, purchasing, and contract needs
Experience in preparing annual operating expenses and equipment budget
Knowledge of State Administrative Rules and Regulations
Ability to process contract request forms for training, equipment supply, and services
Experience in compliance with regulations related to administrative functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Completion of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
Submission of a resume
Submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
