Responsibilities

Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships including development of key economic, business, and operational terms; negotiate and execute contracts with these partnerships; and manage their evolution.
Scout, identify and/or build new business opportunities and partnerships internally and externally.
Manage senior-level relationships with internal and external partners and with key players in the mobile and accessibility industry.
Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T-Mobile’s core strategy.
Engage with and monitor the accessibility industry, including involvement in advisory boards or standards-setting agencies.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or related field
4-7 years of Business development, alliance management, agile product/project management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in accessibility, consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries
Experience in the accessibility industry, focusing on creating solutions that improve the quality of life for people with disabilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: American Sign Language
Consumer of Accessible Solutions
Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience in consumer-focused wireless technologies, high-tech (such as software, internet/new media, entertainment/content) or consumer electronics
Ability to drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and emerging technologies
