Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering project to ensure it is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems, minimize delays, and monitor progress against project plan.
Coordinate project staff, assign tasks, set priorities, and communicate project status to the team and client.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and work with external vendors and subcontractors.
Lead safety efforts, identify project-related risks, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Develop quality monitoring, engage with APRs, and promote continuous quality improvement on projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed
BS degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, a P.E or P.G and 5+ years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. Willing to relocate or located in Columbia.
