Design, develop, and implement software for avionics systems like TCAS, ACAS, and ADS-B.
Lead and mentor project team members, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Work independently on complex tasks, applying extensive knowledge and creativity to solve problems.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

Required
A passionate and experienced Avionics Software Engineer with 8+ years in the field.
In-depth knowledge of TCAS, ACAS, ADS-B, and extensive transponder experience.
Solid foundation in software development principles and best practices (DO-178C, structured environments).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Preferred
Experience With Real-Time Embedded Software Engineering (C/C++)
ARINC standards (429, 735, 718)
RTCA DO-185, DO-181, DO-260, DO-300
Avionics and surveillance systems knowledge
