Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects at the same time, of wide variety
Run kickoff, status update, report-out, and key learning meetings
Attend and/or structure working sessions within key projects
Manage project schedules and keep key stakeholders informed of project status, updates, meeting outcomes, etc.
Document projects end-to-end - from proposal stage, through status updates throughout execution, to project wrap-up
Manage project budgets when appropriate
Work closely with key stakeholders

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects
Balanced background of managing both technical and non-technical projects
Ability to run meetings with all levels of management
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in building executive-level slides and clear deliverables
Experience with project management software (i.e., Asana)
Willingness to work on Pacific Time working hours
