Responsibilities
Partner with the leader on task management, project coordination, executive calendar, correspondence, travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, board and meeting management, and support of system service line needs and priorities.
Provide advanced support of a technical nature including remote meeting management, facilitation of presentations, management of multimedia needs, as well as post-meeting support.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate special projects and initiatives, create and modify reports and presentations, track and influence performance metrics, and supervise other administrative caregivers.

Required
Demonstrated experience supporting a director, multiple managers or functional area
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated experience managing calendars, correspondence, travel/expenses, remote and in-person meetings
Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including tact, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and professional behavior
Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities without loss of composure
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
Experience working in a matrixed healthcare setting
Leadership experience (e.g., providing training to others on their job duties, coordinating the work of others, coordinating projects, acting as a team lead, and directly supervising others)
Experience in project management, background in tech or education
