Responsibilities

Performs administrative duties such as typing, drafting letters, proofreading, answering calls, coordinating meetings, and filing documents.

Schedules internal and external meetings using various platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Coordinates special department events and manages business travel arrangements.

Submits expenses and vendor invoices, updates budget tracking, and maintains email distribution lists.

Assists in tracking department projects, managing operations metrics, and participates in training.

Ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, advanced technical skills in Microsoft Suite, and willingness to learn new systems.
