Responsibilities

Coordinate lab and site-related projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing workflows.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
Analyze site and asset data, facility functions, and XFN processes to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with site and lab teams, governance boards, and XFN teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend improvements to reach agreed-upon milestones.
Consult and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment toward milestone progress.
Occasional travel for site visits.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
PMI or PMP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of lab/site processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective use of sites and labs
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and processes
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Suite, etc.
