Responsibilities

Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements.
Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Provide oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
Supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity.
Organize and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
Provide oversight on all areas of the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Recommend action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems and exercise best judgment on solutions.

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen.
BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent, project management. (PMP or FAC/PPM) equivalent certification) and minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, four (4) of which must be in a supervisory role.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Must be local to the D.C., Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area or willing to relocate.
High-level analytical skills in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
Strong facilitation and excellent verbal communication, oral presentation, analytical and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and project oversight skills.
Excellent leadership, management, and delegation skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
Excellent conflict management and servant leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, as well as provide program level support cross-functionally.
