Responsibilities
Develop organization projects and processes, and oversee their implementation utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Provide expertise in production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for key quality improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze data trends and quality metrics to identify root causes of quality issues and drive quality improvement processes.
Assist in the development of Quality procedures and processes to improve product quality and increase departmental efficiency.
Lead triages of any production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve real-time resolution.
Investigate and document customer findings along with other non-conforming product issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in configuration management by reviewing and approving design changes and create First Article Inspections (FAI).
Train site personnel in quality concepts, communicate changes in process, lead or assist improvement projects, and other related topics.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by management to address the company’s needs.
Will travel up to 10% of the time.

Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
Minimum 1 year experience interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings
Minimum 1 year experience using trend analysis tools (i.e., Tableau, MS Suite, etc)
Preferred
Advance MS Suite experience
Advance knowledge of statistical analysis software and quality management tools.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in the aerospace, aviation, or automotive industry preferred.
Understanding of Root Cause and Corrective action management and application.
Lean management tools familiarity.
Ability to measure, analyze and assess complex processes.
Experience in measuring and reporting key quality characteristics and objectives including PPM, COPQ, product testing, etc.
Experience with PLM systems such as, SAP (ERP), CATIA V (CAD), Solumina (MES) & Teamcenter (PDMC).
Proficient in quality tools and techniques, including FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
