Responsibilities

Help develop digital marketing strategies that encourage consumer app adoption, repeat behaviors, decreased churn, and increased lifetime value (LTV).
Contribute to the development and testing of new promotions, partners, and tactics.
Assist with creative and copy request process for monthly app offers, feature promotions, and push notification enhancements.
Analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, app % of sales, MAU, DAU, order frequency, AOS, and return on investment, etc. to design efficient and data driven marketing campaigns.
Utilize organic tactics to drive traffic through website/landing page optimization, social, search, blog, PR, and other owned and earned channels.
Partner with paid marketing channel teams such as Facebook, Google, and Apple to drive support and success of their app marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Merchandising, customer service, Analytics, etc. to drive innovation through new capabilities.
Track and measure campaign success. Create and present performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns.
Follow all prescribed legal business requirements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required

3+ years of ecommerce marketing experience with knowledge of app and digital marketing strategies and partners.
Deep knowledge of mobile app ecosystem, best practices and industry trends, inclusive of both iOS and Android
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase, etc
Technical grasp on interconnected technologies that power the mobile experience and ability to navigate complexities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Behavioral Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Ability to create strong external partnerships that generate results (paid and owned).
Exposure to consumer brand advertising strategies in the B2C mobile space.
Team player who can thrive in a data-driven, fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented self-starter.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferred
