Responsibilities

Maintain a reliable network infrastructure for all users

Ensure maximum connectivity to essential systems

Partner with IT Management and technical staff to evaluate and test network products

Define, review, and maintain detailed hardware/software technical standards, especially related to installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems

Monitor key system parameters to ensure optimum performance is being maintained

Required

5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco LAN/WAN, Security, SDWAN, Azure Cloud, and Meraki WiFi

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and Azure Cloud certifications are highly desirable

Proven experience working as a Network Operations Engineer or in a similar role

Passionate and knowledgeable of the technical management, operation, and maintenance of network infrastructure

Hands-on expertise and advanced skills in Cisco network and security configuration, Azure Cloud configuration, SD-WAN configuration, and troubleshooting capabilities across all technologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Impeccable communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
