Responsibilities
Lead brand and creative, global public relations, content marketing, social media, executive communications, and web strategy teams.
Manage the development and execution of global public relations and social media strategies that support Keyfactor’s mission and goals.
Oversee brand messaging, activation, and visual identity across all channels.
Own content strategy and create compelling stories that resonate with audiences across web and campaign journeys.
Collaborate with other marketing leaders (growth, product marketing, field and channel) to create campaigns that grab the mindshare and attention of our ideal customer profile.
Position Keyfactor as a category leader through compelling thought leadership.
Challenge the organization with creative thinking, identifying bold new ways to engage with influencers such as the press and analysts to elevate the Keyfactor brand.
Work together with the CMO to build, recruit, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Required
10+ years in B2B SaaS corporate marketing and communications.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and plans and gain consensus across teams.
Proven results leading the development and execution of effective brand awareness campaigns that influence IT and security leaders.
Extensive experience with global industry and corporate event activations.
A solid track record of leading global corporate communications in a hypergrowth environment.
The ability to interact and influence global C-level executives, analysts, and collaborate with key business partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Data driven mindset to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
Ability to creatively manage budget and drive results with given resources.
