Responsibilities

Work across Technology domains to capture workstream status and risks.

Manage identified risks and remove barriers to ensure program activities stay on track.

Prepare leadership status updates on overall progress across Technology.

Partner with Product Program Managers to provide updates on Technology workstreams and represent Technology on recurring program calls.

Work with Technology workstream leads to create a single view of Technology's progress and ensure any risks or obstacles are identified and addressed.

Own complex, cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple Technology workstreams, including MarTech, Inventory, Hilton for Business, and Partnerships.

Required

Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

Five (5) years of work experience in project or program management

Experience working in corporate enterprise environments

Travel up to 20%

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience

Seven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field

Experience with common project management and delivery tools (MS Project, AirTable, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence)

Hospitality experience

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
