Responsibilities

Lead a team of multidisciplinary designers and work hands-on to develop marketing campaigns across the small and medium customer audience

Collaborate across functions with strategic program owners, marketers, and copywriters to understand creative needs and develop performance marketing deliverables with the goal of contributing to advertiser and revenue growth

Leverage campaign insights to optimize campaign collateral for improved engagement rates and conversions with fast turnaround times

Unify and up-level creative direction and vision for small and medium customer campaigns, while adhering to brand guidelines

Actively take part in assessing business needs to onboard and train new resources

Stay ahead of industry trends to elevate design strategy for performance marketing and sales enablement materials

Required

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

8+ years experience in digital content creation

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

Experience working in a data driven environment

Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly with After Effects and Figma

Preferred

Direct experience with guiding and leading multidisciplinary designers

Senior Stakeholder management experience

Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity!
