Responsibilities

Taking accountability for the delivery and implementation of projects with a focus on business activities to achieve project and business outcomes.

Working with business-side clients to define clear scopes, value chains, and requirements for delivering business benefits.

Creating and managing project plans, ensuring business readiness, training, and communication activities are well-planned and executed.

Collaborating with Technology project teams to deliver technology changes needed to achieve business goals.

Ensuring governance, risk management, controls, and compliance requirements are adhered to for safeguarding customer experience.

Driving the delivery of practical business and operational design solutions to maximize benefits while achieving desired outcomes.

Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Serving as a role model for delivery and behavior within Barclays.

Required

Experience in change management

Experienced in implementing new products, services and regulation

Experience of continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques

Highly organized and structured, but flexible in the face of ambiguity or change; proven influencing, networking and stakeholder management skills

Project management experience including knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Preferred

An ability to rapidly get to the root cause of a problem and identify actions to resolve

Ability to juggle priorities, multi-task and flawlessly execute at speed

Ability to deliver under pressure and to short timeframes
