Responsibilities

Responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business.

Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to identify inefficiencies and provide constructive criticism.

Identify and address current and future business needs within accessible resources.

Advise on resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency and profitability.

Provide ongoing support and consultation, addressing concerns during system restructuring.

Determine solutions to business software/hardware system problems.

Analyze business processes and write system process specifications.

Work with clients to transform business needs into IT system requirements.

Required

Functional understanding of software systems

Fundamental understanding of software coding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Interpersonal communication skills

Experience with ticket management tools like Jira and Smartsheet

Proactive and takes initiative

Knowledge in areas like sourcing, procurement, and contract management

Preferred

Extensive experience with Alteryx and QuickBase

Proficiency in SQL

Experience in handling issues with data pipelines (ETL, PFTS, Bot, API, or third-party platform)
