Responsibilities

Create and maintain spend categories, revenue categories, and custom work tags in the system financials.

Create and manage account posting rules for all operational transaction types.

Act as a project manager with consultants for larger system integrations.

Lead or assist in planning system training sessions on configuration, reporting, or other subject areas as needed.

Leverage current system functionality for new, creative, time-saving initiatives.

Stay current on new system developments and functionality. Contribute to the development of a system Financials roadmap.

Collaborate with the system financial community on best practices.

Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

Assist in financial modeling and forecasting.

Performs monthly and as directed financial and operational analysis

Develop, implement, and maintain custom validations in the system Financials.
