Responsibilities

Responsible for CSA (Contract Service Agreement) Field Support, including understanding KPI gaps and delivering service product development roadmap.

Drive service readiness throughout the Product Life Cycle of Wafer Fab Equipment.

Coordinate field escalation support and customer engagement, supporting strategic field requirements.

Drive FSO efficiency improvements and field productivity improvement programs.

Lead others to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, and/or Data Science.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality, mechanical tooling, semiconductor product support or related field

Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Semiconductor industry experience (5+) years is required especially in Vapor Deposition
