Responsibilities
Assisting in day-to-day operations of attorney practices
Providing support to practice group(s) assigned
Ensuring attorneys can provide exceptional service to clients
Assisting in drafting, executing, and delivering legal documents
Assisting with due diligence in mergers and acquisitions
Preparing and filing various legal documents for business entities
Conducting business entity research on state agency websites
Coordinating apostille process for documents
Assisting with statutory agent updates and resignations

Advanced verbal and written skills including strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Interpersonal skills to maintain strong client and co-worker relationships

Basic knowledge of typical office equipment including multi-line phones, multi-function machines, cost recovery equipment, etc.
