Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.

Lead and guide the work of technical staff.

Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, supporting project and portfolio demand management.

Conduct the project intake process, including documenting business needs statements, developing time and cost-level of effort estimates, and developing priority scores.

Support the performance of resource management.

Facilitate and lead the scrum ceremonies, such as standups, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage the scope and time frame of the work to be done by the scrum team.

Work with the product owner to define and prioritize the work.

Remove conflicts and impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Keep the team focused on delivering the sprint goals.

Coach agile teams in the methodology and related practices.

Develop and implement agile standards and requirements.

Provide training and workshops to employees and stakeholders on the agile process.

Promote an agile mindset and culture within the organization.

Help teams navigate agile tools and software.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Identify and address challenges in the Agile adoption process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
