Responsibilities
Design, build, maintain, and iterate on platform features
Lead project scoping, direction, and resourcing
Manage deployment of new features
Mentor senior and junior Engineers
Managing platform security
Maintain and improve documentation and development processes

Required
3-5 years of experience managing a software development team delivering and deploying cross functional features and products
3-5 years of experience with Golang and Node.js
Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud including Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), EC2, S3, IAM, Cognito, Lambda, RDS, Google Kubernetes Engine
Experience with CICD workflows and tooling like Codefresh or ArgoCD
Experience with development team management software including JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, LinearB
Must be based in the US, ideally in the DFW area
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering field preferred
