Responsibilities

Lead projects by working closely with the engineering and product team to scope and distill product requirements into design and technical specifications.

Provide honest, accurate feedback to others on the team to create growth opportunities.

Ensure a high standard of reliability, performance, motivation, and alignment with objectives provided by leadership.

Support and mentor senior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.

Nurture an environment of continuous growth within the team by providing motivation, mentorship, and learning opportunities.

Take ownership of the practices and processes within the team and constantly focus on their improvement.

Foster a culture of goal setting within the team and ensure everyone is continuously working towards their goals.

Required

6+ years of hands-on front-end engineering experience.

2+ years of engineering management experience.

Experience with React or React Native development.

Experience creating and maintaining high-performing software.

Be fluent in JavaScript ES6, Typescript.

Exposure to backend runtime such as Node.js.

Working knowledge of GraphQL.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as High Charts, Chart.js, or D3.js.

Experience writing, designing, and debugging RESTful API’s.
