Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions and Power BI reports primarily for SAP related solution

Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts to meet project requirements

Develop and implement custom SharePoint solutions using technologies such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell

Create and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements and data analysis

Integrate Power BI reports with SharePoint Online to provide interactive data visualization within SharePoint sites

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of SharePoint and Power BI solutions

Maintain proficiency with the latest SharePoint and Power BI features, best practices, and trends

Interact with customers and internal partners through face to face/ virtual meetings, phone calls, emails and other media

Required

BS Degree and 9 years of industry experience is required for this role. (An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.)

Experience with analyzing business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs

Experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards

Experience with SharePoint integration with Power BI and other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Excel)

Proficient in R and DAX coding.

Proficient in developing custom solutions for SharePoint using technologies such as SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell

Ability to leverage database systems including SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
