Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with customers to discuss telecommunication services.
Enhance customer experience and build customer loyalty.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and services.
Set up customer accounts and facilitate delivery and installation.
Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases.
Attend sales and management training meetings and assist in training other sales representatives.
Learn about outside sales, territory management, human resources, scheduling, and meeting management.
Maintain professionalism, organization, and punctuality in consumer-facing interactions.
