Responsibilities
Develop, validate and document requirements with project stakeholders using interviews, data analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis
Participate in development and implementation of new business systems
Manage technical projects and/or be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas
Design security measures to satisfy DAVIS internal requirements and outside compliance where appropriate
Design and implement custom reports and visualizations utilizing Power BI
Serve as a liaison between software vendors, operations and corporate resource group staff for issue resolution

Required
Green Card holders or US Citizens only
Local to the DMV and able to occasionally travel to headquarters in Rockville, MD
Five (5) plus years related IT experience; minimum of two (2) years supporting enterprise applications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field or demonstrated experience in providing information technology support
Strong analytical and data management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements
Understanding of relation databases and report design, dashboards and other visualizations
MS Office – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience
Preferred
Previous construction industry experience preferred
Previous ERP experience, preferably CMiC
Previous CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Previous HCM experience, preferably Workday
Previous reporting and visualization experience, preferably Power BI
Experiences in effectively lead classroom education sessions and present business solutions
