Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision, performance, and safety of personnel engaged in cable testing and inspections programs
Oversees work presented to employees to support Capital Projects
Evaluate personnel, tools, materials, methods, and safety
Administer Company, Department, and Division policies on accident prevention
Plan, organize, and control training classes; prepare reports and schedules
Teach employees new policies, procedures, and processes; train them on new equipment
Maintain availability outside of normal business hours for business continuity

Required
B.S. in Engineering
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
Work with others at various supervisory and management levels.
Must possess a valid US driver’s license, with a safe and satisfactory driving history. This position requires driving to company locations
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Must have effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong planning and organizing skills, must be adaptable and results-oriented.
Must have professional written and verbal communications skills.
Working knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, Concur, P Card Program.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
Must participate in PSEG Long Island storm restoration assignments when required.
Preferred
Electrical Engineering degree
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Microsoft office suite expertise required
Knowledge of Autocad
