Responsibilities

Primary point of contact with clients to assess scope of work and resources required for project completion

Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule

Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions as required by the contract

Utilize company's project management platforms for data management

Provide technical assistance and maintain extra work estimating and change orders

Identify new business opportunities and perform additional assignments as directed

Required

Four-year Construction Management, or Construction Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience

Minimum of 7-10 years construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar trades or construction environment

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, estimating, schedules and safety required

Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential

Experience using Viewpoint Vista, CRM software

Computer/Software – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;

Project Management tools

English – proficient in business writing and verbal communication

Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle

Strong Financial Aptitude

Ability to manage projects on a day to day basis including but not limited to RFI’s, change orders, and /or scope deviation.

Can communicate well with Field Personnel or customers /General Contractors

Knowledgeable on Time and Material billing
