Responsibilities

Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.

Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.

Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.

Collaborate with industry talents to create innovative high-quality and defect-free solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St Louis Park, MN. This position may require travel.

At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred

RESTful Web Services, API Test Automation using Axios/Jest or similar tool - JavaScript, Typescript, Java, XML, SQL

WDIO IO, JavaScript / Node JS / Typescript, Java, HTML, JSON

Insurance Underwriting experience a plus, MRAS/Allianz (underwriting rules engine) a plus

Agile Scrum with Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions - test planning, development, execution, defect management

Contribute to Agile ceremonies, helps identify gaps, defines and streamline process - ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases, estimating Agile testing tasks
