Responsibilities

Answers and screens telephone calls, takes accurate messages, and greets visitors.

Provides effective customer service, prepares administrative forms, and resolves delays.

Performs clerical duties, organizes department files, and enters information into databases.

Updates patient information, schedules appointments, and coordinates ancillary procedures.

Acts as a liaison with other departments, handles confidential information, and supports licensed practitioners.

Queues prescriptions for renewal and ensures compliance with organizational requirements.

High School diploma or GED required.

0-1 Years related Work Experience Required.
