Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate a team of engineers in offering technical support for projects, encompassing conducting studies and addressing engineering design considerations.
Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organizational goals.
Offer technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively overcome obstacles.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Spearhead initiatives for cost reduction, process optimization, and enhancing efficiency in engineering operations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in engineering or related roles, with at least 1 year specifically in the renewables field.
Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
Exhibit robust leadership and team management abilities.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software.
Preferred
Possess PMP certification or equivalent.
Advanced degree is preferred.
Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
