Responsibilities
Designs, develops, maintains, and executes moderately complex test automation scripts and builds reports to summarize defects and recommend resolutions
Develops and executes manual and automated tests using appropriate tools, reports defects, and verifies resolutions
Develops and implements standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation relative to the organization's quality management system
Enforces quality standards, identifies new procedures, standards, and resolution of outages
Keeps updated with the latest industry developments, assures compliance of Centene’s products and processes
Develops new procedures and standards, suggests improvements, and participates in reviews
Verifies product quality by analyzing product and technical artifacts
Protects assets by ensuring proper storage of work in compliance with department standards
Creates reports, collects, analyzes, and summarizes information for project reporting
Leverages synthetic data for testing, integrates automated suite with CI/CD platform
Mentors and provides guidance for lower level engineers
Performs other duties as assigned, complies with all policies and standards

Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
4 – 6 years of related experience
Knowledge of Test Automation
Knowledge of Java (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language)
Knowledge of Other CI/CD tools
Cloud technologies
Expert in Oracle DB Development and Stored Procedures Creation
Knowledge of Agile Methodology
Preferred
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Intermediate - Ability to work independently
Intermediate - Demonstrated analytical skills
