Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective user flow for agent role definition, interaction prompts, response configurations, and message templates.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Lead to align the interface with the overarching product vision, ensuring user-friendliness.
Iterate on user feedback to continually refine and improve the user experience.
Introduce functionality for batch message input and processing, including advanced arguments for experienced users.
Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
Document code thoroughly and create comprehensive user manuals or guides.
Work in tandem with the product lead and other team members to bring the product vision to life.
Engage in proactive communication and collaboration, sharing insights and feedback constructively.
Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Required
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
At least two (2) years of experience in developing and deploying applications in AI/ML or similar high-tech projects.
Demonstrated ability in working with Django, Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
Experience in user experience and interface design, with a portfolio that showcases previous projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
Proven track record of problem-solving and innovation in previous projects.
US Citizenship required and have resided in the U.S. for three of the past five years.
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, and familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar technologies is a significant advantage.
