Responsibilities

Partner with the Executive Leadership and development teams to identify, plan, and build necessary data-driven insights

Understand and evaluate various data sources and the data itself to provide the architecture solution and data modeling for an Analytics portfolio

Document the data flow for all reporting needs

Scope, analyze, translate, and document use cases, collaborating with the technical team to build required 'pipelines' for data collection

Design and maintain data systems in collaboration with the development team

Organize and analyze data, communicate actionable insights and trends

Test data quality before publishing, manage and communicate across multiple levels of businesses

Support analysis of business processes and improvements for FSS

Work with subject matter experts to ensure proper workflows

Manage users, roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, and other setup options

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

2 years of professional work experience

2 years of hands-on SQL database and Azure experience

2 years of building data visualizations in Power BI

1 years of experience with Agile Methodology

Preferred

Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and write reports and build data visualizations

Experience building data sources and writing SQL queries

Technical skills include knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, C#, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau

Experience working with offshore teams

Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks

Must have experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner

Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and be a ‘numbers’ person
