Responsibilities
16+ yrs planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
16+ yrs leading projects, ensuring they are in compliance with established standards/procedures
Design, Develop, Analyze using ETL tools
Work with Curam software - V6 or higher for database-centric work
Work on large data sets and multiple interfaces as a senior/lead data analyst
Hands-on experience in different file transfer methodologies and file types/layouts
Design and develop dashboards using Tableau
Strong experience in Government Healthcare Data
Deliver Business Intelligence solutions
Write functional, technical, and performance requirements in a software development environment
Possess hands-on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
Develop flow diagrams/process diagrams using Microsoft Visio and full MS Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
8 yrs. Experience with ETL tools - Design, Develop, Analyze
3 yrs. Exp. with Curam software - V6 or higher (Database centric work highly desired)
8 yrs. Proven work experience working as a senior/lead data analyst for large data sets and multiple interfaces
8 yrs. Hands-on experience in different file transfer methodologies and different file types and layouts
5 yrs. Experience with Tableau, dashboard design and develop
4 yrs. Strong experience in Government Healthcare Data
8 yrs. Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions
8 yrs. Working knowledge of writing functional, technical and performance requirements in software development environment
16 yrs. Possess hands on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience highly desired
Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio to develop flow diagrams/ process diagrams as well as knowledge of the full MS Office Suite
