Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
Develop visually appealing and consistent design assets, including icons, graphics, and layouts that adhere to UMortgage's brand guidelines.
Ensure that all designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to implementation.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience continually.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Utilize tools like HotJar, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to understand user behavior and recommend changes.
Enhance skills through innovation, presenting solutions to design process, and seeking educational outlets for continued growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree of Arts and/or Fine Arts with a focus on graphic design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Jira, Stripo or similar.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3+ years of UX/UI experience: Web App and Mobile App design preferred.
